Are we where we should be based on the length of time this coaching staff has been here?

Based on quality of team depth, Athlete acheivements, dual meet success, and a climbing national rank and NCAA rank each year.....I am going to have to say YES.

Always find it interesting to go back every once in a while and check on what was it like when a coach started vs now. Look at how we are progressing.
